Running on pavement can be hard on your dog’s joints, and if it's hot, the pads of his/her paws could be sensitive or crack.

We are licensed and permitted to conduct breathtaking, canyon hikes within Santa Monica Mountain Trail areas.

Under this licensure, only six dogs, at a time, can be walked. This ensures ultimate safety of your dog while in our care.

Roller Skating with your dog is a great substitute for walking. Generally, we skate on bike paths that are grassy on either side.

During summer months, we usually skate in the evening when the temperature is cooler.

Obedience Training

Going away for the holidays knowing that your dog, desperately, needs obedience training? Why not have your dog trained at Hugs and Kisses Pet Care while your away.

Whether you are going away or just don't have the time, you can use our Obedience Training service to obtain basic obedience skills for your dog.

The key to house training your dog is to rely on your dog's natural instincts and tendencies. At Hugs and Kisses Pet Care, we offer "results-oriented", house training for puppies.

Your dog will be housed in our Five Star private location while being trained by experienced and caring trainers. Whether you need overnight care while away on a business trip, vacation, or simply need a break, Hugs and Kisses Pet Care will take good care of your dog while you're away.

The first sixteen weeks of a puppy's life are the most important. Socialization, obedience, house training and preventative measures must be, proactively, addressed to ensure a loving, fully-trained, happy and mentally stable dog.

Our puppy training classes are designed for busy people who do not have time to, effectively, train their puppy. Although our puppy training classes are highly structured, our service includes close interaction and contact with owners. Puppies may be picked up by owners on weekends.
